Flower essences are liquids containing the absorbed essence or electromagnetic pattern of specific flowers.

They work by using the specific electromagnetic energy contained in each different and unique plant. The energy of the plant is contained in a most pure and strong form in the flower. Hemorrhoids, more formally spelled hemorrhoids and commonly known as piles plague people world wide. Much research has been done on the subject, especially on ways to treat hemorrhoids.

Unfortunately, not much can be done according to 'formal medicine' short of surgery. However, alternative techniques have become more and more popular of late, apparently able to provide much needed relief.

Two kinds of hemorrhoids exist, internal and external. Basically, hemorrhoids are veinous tissue within the anal canal that provide a cushion to aid in the passing of a stool. When the stools are hard (usually causing constipation) and/or too much pressure is exerted, these tissues become inflamed and swell. That causes the veinous tissue to turn into hard 'bulbs'.

Internal hemorrhoids can cause bleeding but rarely cause pain. External hemorrhoids can cause bleeding and a great deal of itching and pain.

Often people suffer from other ailments that they mistake for hemorrhoids. One is a 'fissure' or tear in the side of the anal canal. Fissures are tears that generally extend from the dentate line to the anal opening. Fissures feel a lot like hemorrhoids. They can hurt quite a bit. Another ailment that is commonly mistaken for hemorrhoids is an abcess. Abcesses are collections of pus, caused by harmful bacteria in the anal canal. They too can hurt quite a bit. The third ailment that can be mistaken for a hemorrhoid is a fistula. Fistulas are advanced forms of abcesses where the bacteria have actually created tunnels within the veinous tissue inside the anal canal. Fistulas are dangerous and can cause blood poisoning, which can cause death.

Hemorrhoids in and of themselves, though very uncomfortable are not fatally harmful. The best way to be free of the discomfort of hemorrhoids is to simply prevent them. A healthy diet, including lots of fiber can help a great deal. Fiber helps keep the colon and anal canal clean. A healthy diet can also help prevent constipation, which is a cause of hemorrhoids. Patience during bowel movements also goes a long way toward preventing problems within the anal canal. Too much pressure pushes the veinous tissues into a 'bunch' which can then become a painful hemorrhoid.

You can find various different remedies to help alleviate the discomfort of hemorrhoids. Most of them help little or not at all. Most of the over the counter products use witch hazel to try to alleviate the discomfort by simply numbing it. They unfortunately don't work very well.

Of late, a few homeopathic products have shown up. Testimonies indicate that they work a great deal better than the remedies provided by traditional medicine (short of surgery). A specific set of ingredients seems to repeatedly appear in the products that people are saying work for them.

Inflamed Throat - Uncover Effective Remedies To Treat It (Part 1)

The article deals with effective remedies to treat inflamed throat. In addition, these remedies can be used to deal with angina, laryngitis, tonsillitis and other diseases involving inflamed throat.

  1. Infuse 2 tablespoons of herbs of marsh-mallow root with half a liter of hot water and boil the infusion for 5 minutes. Leave it to brew for 2 hours and decant the tincture. Use the decoction as a gargle.
  2. Infuse 2 tablespoons of herbs of marsh-mallow root with half a liter of cold boiled water and leave it to brew for 24 hours. Use the infusion as a gargle 3 times a day to deal with angina.
  3. Infuse a tablespoon of leaves and fruits of wild raspberry with a glass of boiling water. Let the tincture brew for an hour and decant it. Use the decoction as a gargle to treat angina and other inflammations.
  4. Sip fresh birch juice several times a day or use it as a gargle to deal with angina.
  5. Juice red beet and mix a glass of the juice with a tablespoon of table vinegar at 3% concentration. Use the mixture as a gargle to deal with angina and pharyngitis.
  6. Infuse a tablespoon of herbs of southern blue gum leaves with a glass of boiling water. Leave the tincture to brew for 2 hours and decant it. Use the decoction as a gargle to treat inflamed throat and relieve pain in case of angina and chronic tonsillitis.
  7. Juice fresh kalanchoe leaves and mix the juice with cold boiled water (proportion 1:1). Use the mixture as a gargle.
  8. Infuse a tablespoon of herbs of guilder-rose blossoms and fruits with a glass of hot water and boil the tincture for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, decant it and use the decoction as a gargle to deal with angina and hoarseness.
  9. Infuse 2 tablespoons of granulated yellow turnip with a glass of hot water and boil the mixture for 15 minutes. Decant it and drink one fourth of a glass of the decoction 4 times a day or a glass in the evening before going to bed to deal with hoarseness.
  10. Mix herbs of southern blue gum leaves (4 parts), salvia leaves (3 parts), horse-heal root (2 parts), calendula blossoms (1 part), chamomile blossoms (2 parts), liquorice root (2 parts), linden blossoms (2 parts) and Labrador-tea tops (2 parts). Infuse a tablespoon of the mix of herbs with a glass of boiling water and leave the tincture to brew for 30-40 minutes. Decant it and use as a gargle to deal with laryngitis, angina and tonsillitis.

Three Quick Remedies to Clear Sinus Pressure Permanently

For all their annoying symptoms and often plain suffering, sinus pressure and other sinus problems are usually treated at their symptoms level, not their causative one. Sinus issues are seldom fatal, but they can bring complications and much discomfort. So, why not treat sinus pressure by going to its possible cause and bring permanent relieve?

Four years ago I became liberated from sinus pressure and other sinus issues. I will share with you what I did that solved my sinus miseries. Not for me only, but for others also who have tried it. It is a unique therapeutic approach that combines three healing systems synergistically--in cooperation with each other--and which addresses both cause and symptom:

Keep sinuses clear

Air and a normal amount of mucus--one to two pints daily--must move through the sinus and nasal cavities constantly to keep them healthy. Consider that the main function of the membrane lining those cavities is to produce mucus to protect our breathing organs, etc. Thus a constant flow of clear, watery mucus is normal and necessary. So this is what we do to keep our sinuses clear:

  • Self-applied sinus acupressure

  • Use desensitization therapy for severe allergic reactions
  • Watch what we eat

Avoid mucus producing foods

Data from empirical--nonscientific experimentation--observations strongly support that some foods, especially three of them, can contribute significantly, if not directly cause, excessive mucus production and the discomforts accompanying it. One of these three foods, one which most of us enjoy the most, is: sugar in significant amounts. What "significant" is, can vary from one individual to another. In plain language, the large amounts of sugar often present in desserts, soft drinks, milk shakes, ice cream, sugary breakfast cereals-to name a few--can be affecting significantly the state of your sinuses and contributing to other health issues---since our bodies were not made to handle large amounts of refined sugar and remain healthy. Keep nerve energy flowing freely

It is common knowledge that our nerve cells conduct small amounts of low voltage electricity--measured in milli-volts--which travels from the brain through the spinal cord. From there this electricity goes to all organs and other parts of the body. It also carries messages back to the brain. Anything that restricts this electric flow would, obviously, affect the well functioning of some organ, membrane, muscle, sinus cavity, physiological process, etc., that depends on it. Since the spinal cord canal runs behind the vertebrae, a misalignment of a specific vertebra, like the atlas or axis, can put pressure on the cord and affect that electric flow. By restoring this electric energy back to full flow the body would, obviously, have a better chance to use its own health restoring mechanism. Not only our sinuses can fare better, but it can improve our general health, too. This was my experience.
